entering an area called ash lake, kind of a cool area atmospherically in the game. you can see there's that bonfire over there, that's gonna be really useful for us. now ash lake is essentially the bottom of the world, which is neat because if you look you can see like these trees are holding the rest of the world up which is really cool. i'm not sure you can see anything else from ash lake. again i've only been down here once so this is all kind of news to me. this area is essentially barren of anything except for that hydra right there.
